National Foam HydroAttack Class A Wetting Agent

HydroAttack Class A Wetting Agent improves the penetrating properties of water for enhanced firefighting capability. It reduces the surface tension of water, helping it to soak into surfaces and reach deep-seated fires where plain water might normally run off. It improves the water's adherence to vertical surfaces which can help cool the fuel source. These enhancements can reduce the amount of water and time required for knockdown and extinguishment of a Class A fire.

HydroAttack concentrate is intended for use as a wetting agent in a 0.1% to 1% freshwater solution (0.1 to 1 part concentrate in 99 parts of water). Dilution in salt or brackish water is not recommended. The concentrate may be proportioned with most conventional, calibrated industry proportioners.

  • Designed for use by municipal firefighters battling structural, wildland, and similar Class A fires
  • Stable premix in potable water for 30 days
  • Compatible with most Class A foam discharge equipment
  • 100% biodegradable
