Fire Hooks Lock-Slot 8 Forcible Entry Axe with Fiberglass Handle

This Lock-Slot 8 Forcible Entry Axe by Fire Hooks provides firefighters with a balanced force axe that strikes the MAXIMUS Forcible Entry Halligan Bar exactly how you need it to. Its drop-forged head is made of high carbon steel that is rockwell heat-treated, then coated with a zinc plate that resists rust.

In this firefighter forcible entry tool, there are “marrying slots” that lock with the Pro Bar or MAXIMUS so you can carry both tools in one hand without the need for straps. You can quickly release the tools from the married position by tapping the handle on a surface. The handle of this firefighter axe is made of yellow triple strength fiberglass measuring 36” with a Thermo rubber grip and a bottom consisting of a deer’s hoof.

The head of the axe has an added overstrike to help you measure where to place your hand while striking an iron.
