CMC Omni Laser Resultant Pulley 2.0

ITEM #: 727170 CMC

CMC Omni Laser Resultant Pulley 2.0

The Omni Resultant Pulley pairs a 2-inch sheave pulley with a green Class 3 laser in a tool that helps visually indicate the resultant force of a pulley—defined as the bisector of the rope path in a single-pulley redirect.

The Omni Laser Resultant Pulley (LRP) is designed for both live operations and training applications, helping users better visualize the resultant force, understand load direction, and overall system geometry.

The Omni Resultant Pulley indicates the precise direction of the applied force only when the line passing through the pulley does not connect to or redirect from the Vortex at any other point. In this configuration, the Vortex is used as a DIRECTIONAL FRAME.

The Omni Resultant Pulley includes a Waterproof Case & USB-C charging cable.

  • MBS: 36kN
  • WLL: 8 kN
  • Sheave Diameter: 2.0 in. (51 mm.)
  • Max Rope: 0.5 in. (13 mm.)
  • Height: 5.8 in. (148 mm.)
  • Width: 3 in. (76 mm.)
  • Weight: 12.3 oz. (348 gm.)

Important Note: In complex, multi-pulley systems, or in winch/tie-off-on-leg applications, the laser-indicated resultant does not represent the direction of applied force. Do not rely on the LRF to indicate applied force in these scenarios. The Laser Resultant Pulley is never a substitute for properly guying, securing, and backing up an artificial high-directional.
