FireCraft USAR Technical Rescue Gloves - Gauntlet
This specially designed urban search and rescue glove offers the user excellent heat, cut, and puncture protection, as well as protection against water and hazardous chemicals. These gloves were developed to mitigate the safety and health risks faced by emergency service organizations performing technical rescue incident operations, such as urban search and rescue (USAR) incidents.
Construction
These technical rescue gloves are constructed with a modified gunn-cut pattern that includes a straight thumb design, allowing for a wider thumb rotation than other gloves. The design also minimizes seam stress at the glove's base.
The palm side of the glove has a silicon and TPR coated Kevlar/Porelle moister barrier with 2 layers of Nomex.
The back of the glove also has silicon-coated kevlar with a porelle moisture barrier and Nomex.
