Rigid Male Rocker Lug to Swivel Female Handle Detent Elbow. The AJ Series detent elbows are cast to a 30° down angle for easy connection and to relieve the weight of the hose when connected. They are an ideal elbow for pumps with built-in intake valves.
Their maximum operating pressure is 300 psi and they are compliant with NFPA 1964 2018 edition which dictates a 900 psi hydrostatic strength test. Aluminum parts are hard coat anodized for maximum corrosion protection then powder coated silver. Hose couplings are attached using polymer bearing rings which provide electrical isolation to help prevent galvanic corrosion.
