If you already have an online account:

  1. Log into our new site by resetting your password.
  2. Click on the Tacoma Fire Tab on the top navigation.

If you do not have an online account:

  1. Create an account using your City of Tacoma email address.
  2. Send an email to Marketing Support requesting Tacoma Fire Access.
  3. We will activate your account and notify you via email within 48 business hours.
  4. Once your account is activated with Tacoma Fire, log into your account and click on the Tacoma Fire Tab on the top navigation.
