PHOS-CHEK 3x6% FLUORINE FREE Alcohol Resistant foam concentrate is a mixture of water, hydrocarbon surfactants, and pseudoplastic polymers. This organohalogen free foam is an environmentally responsible next generation product for use on Class B hydrocarbon and polar solvent fuel fires with fresh water. This new formulation demonstrates Perimeter Solutions Products’ commitment to superior firefighting performance and environmental responsibility. PHOS-CHEK 3x6% fluorine free is a very capable wetting agent and can be used on Class A fires.

The PHOS-CHEK 3x6% fluorine free foam is designed for rapid control and knockdown in both gentle and forceful applications on hydrocarbon fuel fires. In the case of polar solvents, the foam is approved with a type II application or gentle application.

APPLICATIONS

PHOS-CHEK 3x6% fluorine free is used in fire suppression systems and manual applications to fight a broad range of Class B flammable liquid fires including hydrocarbon fuels such as gasoline and diesel, and on polar solvent fuels such as ketones and alcohols. Typical applications include storage tanks, loading racks, docks, process areas, warehouses, and is an excellent vapor suppressor for flammable liquid spills.
