Incident Command & Management - 05-Fire Service: Expanding Command-DVD
The focus of this title is how and when to expand the Incident Command System when an incident is large at onset or is escalating in size. Described are fire service response for incident complexity types 1, 2 and 3. Reviewed are key concepts in expanding ICS, including the roles and responsibilities of the Command Staff and General Staff. The use of Area Command and Unified Command are also described.
