Fire Innovations Comanche NFPA Escape Belt

The Comanche Belt is a certified NFPA 1983, 2017 edition Fire Resistance (FR) Escape/Ladder Belt. Its unique design allows it to be assigned to an individual, yet it is adjustable to fit a range of sizes (28 in. - 48 in.).

The gross adjustment allows the firefighter to adjust the belt size as needed. It only takes a few minutes to adjust the gross adjuster, and once donned, it can be tightened using the forward-pull adjuster strap. When needed, a department can re-size and issue this belt to another firefighter making it an economical option for Fire Departments.

The Comanche is versatile and can be worn over the turnout coat or on the turnout pants. Both sides of the belt can be utilized for equipment, such as an ax loop or scabbard and/or other firefighting accessories.
