The D-160 Nozzle Tip is a robust and maintenance-free two-piece design, crafted for simplicity and reliability. Designed to stack seamlessly onto an integrated 7/8 in. smooth bore shut-off, it can also be used with a full shut-off on top of a 7/8 in. threaded nozzle tip.
Featuring a reverse tapered waterway and a unique patent pending rectangular exit orifice, the D-160 produces a narrow FLAT stream with a width roughly equal to a standard hallway or doorway. This stream is optimized for flowing water through these spaces, making it highly effective at sealing off compartments during an interior residential fire attack. The narrow stream is also compact enough to flow through windows and doorways at a distance without inadvertently wasting water, ensuring it effectively hits the target. The nozzle maintains large droplets for optimal reach, minimal static air entrainment, and maximum effectiveness.

Tailored for aggressive fire attack on big lines, the D-265 excels on 2 in., 2.25 in., and 2.5 in. hose, flowing a hard-hitting 265 GPM at 50 PSI with 99 lbs. of nozzle reaction. It features a reverse tapered waterway and our patent-pending rectangular exit orifice, producing a narrow, flat stream with long reach and heavy droplets.
