This manual follows the hazardous materials incident Analyzing, Planning, Implementing and Evaluating (APIE) model. This new text also meets Technician Level requirements in OSHA Title 29 CFR 1910.120 (HAZWOPER). NFPA 472 is referenced where appropriate.
